The search is on for inspirational, creative and commercially sound works for the St Neots Players' 2011 Christmas Production.
We've already selected an impressive and exciting lineup for 2011 and we want to top that off with an equally exciting 2011 Christmas production, whether that be a traditional pantomime or a simply magical story.
Our Christmas shows are normally staged at the St Neots Priory Centre and Buckden Millennium Centre but the Executive Committee may choose an alternate yet relatively local venue if this is deemed appropriate.
Each applicant may submit up to 3 (three) scripts for production. These scripts (or works) may be of any type, set in any era with any size of cast. Although, as a rule, works with a mixed cast; male/female, younger/older are recommended.
The date on which all submissions will be reviewed and selected by the Executive Committee, will be posted on the events page of this website but is normally no less than five days after the works submission closing date.
We recommend that you attend the Works selection meeting to 'pitch' (max five minutes) your submission to the Executive Committee but you may nominate any other Executive Member of the Society to 'pitch' on your behalf. If you wish to attend and are not a member of the the Players then please reply to this message.
We work to a production schedule and thus we're unable to accept submissions after the submission closing date.
So, if you haven't done so already, REGISTER your script/s NOW!
